What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
All card payments are processed through Square Online Payment Service with secure SSL encryption.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated in the cart. Add an item to the cart to see the calculated shipping charge. Adding additional items to your cart will be calculated at a lower cost per item.

Orders over $99 within the USA will be shipped for FREE.

How will you ship my order?

All shipments will ship via USPS and UPS.

Can I bring items to your store for you to purchase?

You can bring items into the store for a quote. If you are local and have a large collection, someone can come to your location and provide you with a quote. All items must come from a smoke-free environment and be in excellent condition. Call 937-433-0080 or message us here for any additional questions regarding local purchasing.

Will you purchase my collectible items if I am not local?

Although most of our retired collectibles are bought from retail businesses that are liquidating their old stock, we will purchase items from individuals. If your not local, please send a product list with both the title of the item and the item number, if available. All shipped items must have original box, be in excellent condition and come from a smoke-free environment. You can message us here to contact us about non-local purchasing.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return/refund exchange policy for online sales.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Items that were factory sealed and the factory seal was removed or damaged by the customer may not be returned. Returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved. Upon approval, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Please keep in mind, it may take up to 10 days to see the money in you account after a refund has been processed.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially on more expensive items. We are not responsibe for items not received.
